2021 Graduate Student Travel Grant Award
***Note: Registration for the 26th annual NATSA conference will re-open next year (2021).
The NATSA’s Graduate Student Travel Award of up to $300 is awarded to selected graduate students / junior scholars (undergraduate or recent masters graduates; postdoc and assistant professors are not included) whose papers, individual or panel, have been accepted by the NATSA Conference Preparatory Committee to NATSA 2020 conference.
The goal of the award is to support graduate students who have outstanding academic records and/or community engagement to attend the upcoming NATSA conference at the University of California, Irvine.
By March 24, 2020, a completed travel fund application form must be sent directly by email to Sandy Tseng, the secretary of NATSA (firstname.lastname@example.org). The committee will make the announcement by the end of March. The number and the amount for each recipient will depend on the budget available then. Awardees must comply to other policies including
(1) the submission of the full paper by April 7, 2020, and
(2) full attendance to the conference (skype meeting not included).
The check will be made available at the conference on May 23.
