The Taiwan Studies Young Scholar Award (YSA) is open to applicants who are currently enrolled on a Master’s Degree or a PhD programme, or who are within three years of having submitted their PhD dissertation but are not currently in a full-time lectureship. Applicants are encouraged to, but not restricted to, relate their research broadly to ‘Taiwan and the Indo-Pacific’, the theme of the 22nd Annual Conference of the European Association of Taiwan Studies (EATS). Please consult the Call for Papers document for details on the conference theme. Applicants must be current EATS members. EATS board members are ineligible to apply.
