The SOAS Centre of Taiwan Studies is delighted to announce that the 2024 SOAS Taiwan Studies Summer School is now open for registration. This year’s summer school will be held 25-28 June in London.

Student Research Seminar in Taiwan Studies

As part of the summer school, we are excited to host a student-focused research seminar, open to all current undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students (you do not have to be studying at SOAS).

The “Student Research Seminar in Taiwan Studies” offers a fantastic opportunity to share your research, receive feedback, and gain valuable experience in presenting in an academic environment. If you are interested in participating, please enter your presentation title in the registration form and send your abstract (max 250 words) via email to yc27@soas.ac.uk with the subject “CTSSS_Name_Student Presentation” by 11:59 pm on 10 June 2024. Those whose research topics are selected will be notified by email on 20 June 2024.
