The applicant must:

• be an R.O.C citizen

• have an annual household income below 1,000,000 NTD

• be a master's/PhD student or prospective student at a public private university/college in Southern California enrolled during the 2023-24 academic year

• not have received other major scholarships from Taiwan

Applications are accepted during the 3/1-4/15 window. All signed and scanned materials should be submitted to yinchinscholarship@gmail.com via email. Interviews will be held in April and May. Decisions will be announced by May 15

件：

(一) 在臺灣地區設有戶籍之中華民國國民。

(二) 家庭年收入新臺幣100萬元以下優先考量。

(三) 美國南加州地區任一教育部認可公私立大學(可至教育部外國大學參考名冊查詢系統查詢) 之碩、博士班在學學生或新生，須於2023-24學年度在學。

(四) 教育部公費獎學金生、共資共名獎學金生、奧林匹亞獎學金生及台灣重點領域獎學金生不具申請及領取本獎學金資格。

(五) 成績優異者可再申請，惟以一次為限。

四、獎助名額、待遇及受獎年限：
