Eligible voters should receive the voting portal link from secretary@na-tsa.org with the subject line "NATSA 2027 Presidential Election: Please Vote by March 22 11:59 PM PT." 

Voters are defined as follows:

• NATSA Lifetime Members (list established 2017)

• Board of Directors members (NATSA 2020–2026)

• NATSA Presidents and Secretaries (NATSA 2020–2026)

• Annual Conference Organizing Committee members (NATSA 2020–2026), including Program Directors (PD), Program Commissioners (PC), Administrative Commissioners (AC), and Local/Logistics Directors (LD)

• Annual Conference Paid Registrants (NATSA 2020–2025)

Many of the email addresses we have on record may be outdated or deactivated due to change of institution/affiliation. If you are a voter who do not see the email in your inbox and wish to cast your vote in this election, please feel free to reach out to the email address above no later than end of day March 20 Pacific Time to request the link and provide your current email address so we can update your contact.
