Regardless of your familiarity with the topic, it is hard to put down any of Fell’s books without some of his excitement and passion for Taiwanese elections being rubbed off on you. This book is a strong history of a less-than strongly performing political party, but the green movement has always been more than just politicians, and the struggle for environmental justice takes place in the field, in corporate boardrooms, in classrooms, and many other locations in addition to the ballot box of Fell’s focus.
